At Atlantic Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for eligible products. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is covered under a manufacturer warranty.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and bundled items must be included.
- The product must not have been opened for software-only licenses or sealed products.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, installed, or physically damaged.
- Custom-configured or special-order products.
- Software licenses and digital products.
- Products with broken seals.
How to Request a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days with approval or instructions.
- Ship the product to our address (return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer to your registered account.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return pickup and ship the correct replacement at no additional cost.
Warranty Claims
Products under manufacturer warranty should be claimed directly through the authorized service center in Pakistan, or we can assist you with the RMA process — please contact our support team.
